Vanessa House Beer Company is excited to offer The Broken Tile Double IPA year round. This New England Style DIPA delivers big on aroma with notes of pineapple, citrus, and grapefruit. All thanks to mosaic and citra hops. It is an unfiltered DIPA that sits soft on your palate and drinks smooth.
Like always this beer gets its a name from a good story. Did you ever have a roommate who destroys common property and won’t cop to it? Yeah, us too. He made the mistake of mixing wine, emotional distress and a bath. The result was several broken tiles and ten years of denials. Take our advice and just stick to a shower beer after a long day. #weknowwhatyoudid
The 401K Cream Ale is truly an American-style beer that represents the “give it your all” attitude of the American entrepreneurial spirit (considering the funds to create this beer came from the owner’s retirement accounts- no regrets!)
We used flaked corn to lighten the body, centennial hops to add floral and citrus notes to the aroma, and finish it with sweet orange peel, making it a crushable and a refreshing beer.

Who is the Candy King you might ask? We are sure to point you in the right direction. Candy King is our Berliner Weisse that is inspired by our favorite tart & sweet round candy. This beer is tart up front, and is balanced by a pleasant candied fruit character with notes of strawberry and vanilla!
Our newest collaboration with our pals at High Rise Extracts, we’re excited to introduce you to Paloma Cooler, our newest Slush Fund Seltzer! This seltzer is loaded with grapefruit, lime, and citrus. Drink it cold, drink it slow, this guy comes at 8% ABV! Come enjoy a pour in the taproom, or take a 4 pack home with you.
Welcoming in the season the proper way with our new imperial stout, Dark Whispers comes in at 14% ABV with notes of chocolate, honey, oak, and subtle spirit character that’ll have you asking for more!

The Meta Cold IPA
Brewed with Mosaic, Citra, and Cashmere hops. This beer is saturated with notes of stone fruit, pine, & fresh citrus. The Meta is well balanced , and the bitterness from the hop character is soft.
Broken Tile Hazy Double IPA
Juicy, hazy, and aromatic; This hazy DIPA is brewed with Mosaic and Citra hops and built on a flaked oats/wheat malt backbone.
Candy King Sour - Berliner Weisse
our brand new Berliner Weisse that is inspired by our favorite tart & sweet round candy. This beer is tart up front, and is balanced by a pleasant candied fruit character with notes of strawberry and vanilla.

Beachcomber Seltzer Hibiscus & Lime Seltzer
brewed in collaboration with Frenzy Brewing. This seltzer pours a vivid pink hue, with light floral notes in the background. The lime zest is bright, and rounds out this tropical inspired seltzer.
Prost Trip Festbier
This lager is malty by nature, which notes of bread & light toast in the aromatics. This style is paler in appearance than a traditional Märzen, but carries all the body you desire for this fest season.
Heavy Light Hatch Green Chile Cerveza
Mexican lager brewed with fresh roasted Hatch Green Chiles. This beer is loaded with Hatch Green Chile flavor, and carries just enough heat to keep you wanting more.
Awkward Encounters Dark Lager
Awkward Encounters is a traditional German dark lager. Sessionable and easy drinking, with nuances of cocoa, toffee, and coffee.

Fandom is a barrel aged imperial stout blended between a Bliss Maple Bourbon barrel, and Willet Bourbon barrel that is rounded out with a touch of vanilla and maple syrup.

it’s all in the name babyyyy! We brought one of our favorite summer cocktails to life for this release. This Slush Fund is loaded with tons of pineapple, coconut, and a touch of lime to brighten this tropical treat. As always, keep cold & drink fresh!

Spicy Encounters Ancho Chile Dark Lager
This wasn’t the beer you asked for, but who knew this would be the beer you needed? We took our schwarzbier base, and infused it with ancho chili peppers. The chilis in this beer brings out the natural sweetness of the style, and the heat leaves you wanting more. The nose of this variant features roasted chili peppers, with a touch of vanilla sweetness; that balances well with the notes of cocoa, & toffee of the base. Just a heads up for those seeking their next Spicy Encounter, this beer does pack some heat.
East Coast Jammerz Apricot Fruited DIPA
There was once a heated pickle ball rivalry among members of our BOH staff. One team would meticulously place the ball in the opponents corner, and jam them from being able to defend themselves; and the other team the “Slammers” would swing at just about anything to show nothing but brute force. This was obviously written by a Jammer. East Coast Jammerz is a New England style fruited double IPA that is loaded with apricots, and dry hopped with Citra & Nectaron hops.The nose on East Coast Jammerz is over the top stone fruit from the mixture of apricots, and Nectaron hops, with some citrus in the background. This batch is keg only, and is sure to not last long.
Did You Call? PSL Stout
Making its timely arrival for the season, our pumpkin spice latte imperial stout has returned! Did You Call? was brewed with an abundance of pumpkin spice and vanilla beans that compliments this stouts roasted character. The nose of this beer is loaded with notes of cinnamon, vanilla with subtle nuances of ginger. As the beer warms up, the pumpkin spice becomes more prominent without taking over the base of this imperial stout.
Mr. & Mrs. Chomps Hazy Double IPA
Mr. & Mrs. Chomps is a New England style double IPA, that was brewed with some of the finest hops on the planet. Mr. & Mrs. Chomps features Nectaron, Citra, Vic Secret, Motueka, & Sabro & the end result is an absolute fruit bomb! The aroma on this DIPA has strong notes of passionfruit & stone fruit, with some subtle nuances of lime and other various citrus. This beer carries a full mouthfeel with restrained bitterness from the hops.
Berry Geuse Strawberry Daiquiri Hard Seltzer
Here at Vanessa House, we believe that lime zest belongs in seltzers. Berry Geuse is our new strawberry daiquiri inspired seltzer that is infused with strawberry juice, and lime zest. The strawberry character in this seltzer resembles somewhere between candied strawberries & strawberry preserves. The lime zest brightens this spooky seltzer, and keeps you coming back for more.
Fruit and Flower Chardonnay
This chardonnay boasts with ripe pear and apple notes. Citrus blossom and bergamot stand out on the palate followed by a juicy lift from moderate acidity.
Chateau Ste. Michelle Bubbly White

Underwood Pinot Noir

Who is Vanessa and why is everyone obsessed with her house? The distilled version is that its a house on Vanessa Drive in Norman, OK. It’s the house where 5 friends formed a lifetime bond and were first exposed to craft beer. We love it when new and old friends alike come together with a great beer in hand, so it only made sense to name our beer company after the Vanessa House.
Do you wanna meet someone who's awkward and loves beer? Meet Justin, aka, The Big Awkward. Justin was born and raised in Oklahoma and serves as co-owner and Taproom Manager at Vanessa House Beer Company. Brewing great beer with his four lifelong friends is his passion. He looks forward to delivering tasty brews and wowing you with his extensive Star Wars knowledge because his wife and dogs want him to make friends.
Andrew likes to drink his beer in the company of good friends, mainly because he was told drinking alone reading comic books makes him look sad. On a more serious note, Andrew was born and raised in Oklahoma and is now lucky enough to run a brewery with his four longtime friends. He heads up Sales and Marketing for Vanessa House Brewing Company, and looks forward to meeting new craft beer fans.
You ever have that friend that just annoys the whole group, but no one has the heart to tell them? Well imagine starting a business with them, because that’s how the rest of the crew feels about Zac. Raised in “God’s Country” (McLoud, Oklahoma), Zac enjoys telling the rest of the group that “this whole brewery thing is gonna backfire," and it's because of this cautious nature and business sense that he's the Chief Executive Officer of Vanessa House Brewing Company.
Born and raised in Denton, Texas, Nick came to Oklahoma in 2004 to pursue a degree in architecture at OU. After graduating, Nick remained in Oklahoma and began his career, met a girl, and started brewing craft beer with his boys. Years later Vanessa House Beer Company was formed, with Nick serving as head of Community Relations and Media.
Making the rest of the VHBC crew look good. That is Evan's primary role in the company. You may not see this hermit at any events because he is usually in bed or too grumpy at that late of an hour, but he enjoys working behind the scenes to get the beer ready for everyone to drink.
